Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of a complete set of 24 professional PROFILE moving-head LED lights with accessories for the Warsaw Chamber Opera, including cabling, transport cases, mounting, first commissioning, testing and user training at the buyer’s site in Warsaw. The contract must be completed within 30 days after signature. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, provide the required declaration of non-exclusion, list the offered equipment by manufacturer and model, and state the warranty period. The offer is evaluated on price, technical functionality and warranty. Before contract signature, the winning bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price and hold civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000.
