Preparation of complete Functional and Utility Programmes with estimated costs of design works and construction works (ZP-88/2026)

Summary

The tender concerns services for preparing complete Functional and Utility Programmes and estimating the planned costs of design works and construction works. The contract is divided into 2 parts: one for a ground-level car park with an underground shelter space, and one for a building with a protective structure and accompanying infrastructure at Bielański Hospital. The award criteria are price (60%) and the experience of the persons assigned to perform the contract, specifically a structural designer’s number of PFU or design documents covering a protective structure, shelter or hiding place completed above the required minimum (40%). Tenders may be submitted for all parts. The offer must be prepared in Polish and submitted electronically through the Marketplanet OnePlace platform.
