The tender concerns the supply of brand-new technical equipment with the necessary system software and OOT for the digital recording system for court hearings before the National Appeal Chamber, together with installation, implementation and start-up of the buyer’s ReCourt software. The contractor must deliver equipment for two new hearing rooms, ten existing hearing rooms and one test room, and hold an information meeting. The contract must be completed within 21 calendar days from the buyer’s written notice that the rooms are ready. The only award criterion is price. The bidder must submit the required exclusion declarations and, if applicable, register extracts and powers of attorney. There are no participation conditions for economic, financial, technical or professional capacity.
