Technical expert reports and functional and utility programme for adapting building rooms to a Category U-1 hiding place or an emergency shelter

Summary

The contracting authority is seeking services to prepare technical expert reports together with a functional and utility programme on whether selected rooms in five municipal school or kindergarten buildings in Żory can be adapted for use as a Category U-1 hiding place or an emergency shelter. The contract is divided into 5 lots, each with a 30-day performance period. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The only award criterion is price. The bidder must provide the required professional staff, submit the required declarations and, for each lot, lodge a bid security.
