Organisation of a study visit abroad under the project ‘Regiony Rewitalizacji Edycja 3.0’

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive organisation of a study visit abroad for representatives of local government units from the West Pomeranian region, the contracting authority and cooperating entities under the project ‘Regiony Rewitalizacji Edycja 3.0’. The contractor must prepare and deliver the full programme and provide educational content, hotel and restaurant services, transport, insurance, moderator support and interpreting services. The bidder must be a licensed tourism organiser/intermediary, have relevant experience with at least two similar foreign study visits for groups of at least 20 people, and provide a qualified moderator and a Danish-Polish interpreter. The offer must also include the study visit concept and the required declarations and supporting documents.
