Construction of the Family Support Centre on Jagiellońska Street in Kluczbork – third procedure

Summary

This is a design-and-build works contract for the construction of a Family Support Centre in Kluczbork, including technical infrastructure and site development. The contractor must prepare the full design documentation, obtain the necessary permits and approvals, carry out the construction works, prepare as-built documentation and arrange completion notification and the documents needed for use. The bid is evaluated on price and warranty period. Participation requires qualified designers and site managers in structural, architectural, sanitary and electrical disciplines, valid chamber membership or equivalent rights, and at least one comparable building project worth PLN 1,500,000 net in the last 5 years.
