Cleaning and maintenance services for 12 months

Summary

The contract concerns cleaning and ongoing cleanliness maintenance in the buildings used by the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw for 12 months. The service covers the headquarters at Księcia Trojdena 4 in Warsaw and rented premises on the ground floor of the building at Hankiewicza 2 in Warsaw. The price is not the only award criterion: the contracting authority also evaluates the documented presence of a coordinator and the time to start option work. The bidder must have civil liability insurance, relevant experience in cleaning services, and at least one person with experience supervising cleaning. The contract also includes an option of up to 50 working days.
