Summary

The tender concerns the supply of disposable medical devices in 7 lots for a university clinical hospital in Poznań. The lots cover surface haemostatic products, vascular clips, haemostatic products, a fluid transfusion set, peripheral embolisation coils, drain accessories and neurological compresses. The contract runs for 24 months. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The award criteria are price and quality for lot 1, and price only for the other lots. The bidder must submit the required declarations and product evidence, and for lot 1 provide samples.
