Supply of sterilization materials

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of sterilization materials, divided into 21 lots. The lots cover, among other things, paper-foil sterilization pouches, nonwoven pouches, post-sterilization foil pouches, polyolefin foil packs for plasma and steam sterilization, hydrogen peroxide sterilization packs, ethylene oxide cartridges, hydrogen peroxide sterilizing agent, and post-disinfection packaging. The contract runs for 12 months. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The award criteria are price (60%) and delivery time for a single order (40%); the required delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days. The notice states that bids and other documents must be submitted electronically in Polish.
