Supply of single-use medical devices

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of single-use medical devices in 16 lots, with delivery to the hospital warehouse and unloading at the place indicated by the contracting authority. The bidder must offer products that are authorised for marketing and use in Poland, are brand new, meet the detailed item list, and have at least 12 months of shelf life from delivery unless a shorter period is accepted. The contracting authority may request product documents and samples, and equivalent solutions are allowed only if their equivalence is proven. The award criterion is price only.
