Supply of dressing materials, surgical materials, suture materials and staplers

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of medical products to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała in five lots: dressing and surgical materials, dressing materials for negative-pressure wound therapy, specialist antibacterial sutures, meshes for laparoscopic hernia repair, and disposable staplers. The goods must be new and unused, and delivery includes transport and unloading at the contractor’s cost and risk. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The award criteria are price and delivery time, or for lots 4–5 price and the time for replenishing the deposit. The bidder must also meet a technical and professional capacity requirement based on experience with two deliveries of medical devices in the last 3 years.
