Repair of damp damage and waterproofing of the walls of the Crisis Intervention Centre building in Gorzów Wielkopolski – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to repair damp damage and carry out waterproofing of the walls of the Crisis Intervention Centre building in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Stage I. The contractor must perform earthworks, damp-proof and waterproof insulation of the foundation and ground-floor walls, restoration works, related auxiliary works, and the administrative steps needed to start the works. The works will take place in an operating facility, so the contractor must organise the site to keep the centre functioning and cooperate with the supervising inspector. The bidder must have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 150,000.00 and relevant experience in building works worth at least PLN 100,000.00 gross in the last 5 years. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish; no lots, variants or bid security are required, but a 5% performance security is required after award.
