The tender concerns construction works in the historic manor house of the Reymontówka Creative Work Centre in Chlewiska. The works include repair of part of the rooms, conservation and restoration works, renovation of finishes, wooden doors, window sills, parquet and wooden floors, restoration of a historic tiled stove, electrical installation modernisation, ventilation works, replacement of sanitary finishes and bathroom equipment. The contract is for 3 months, bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, and a bid security of PLN 3,000 is required. The award criteria are price 60% and warranty period for defects 40%.
