Summary

The contract concerns preparation of full design, execution and cost estimate documentation for adapting a staff apartment into a Psychological and Pedagogical Counselling Centre and renovating the remaining rooms of the centre. The contractor must also provide author’s supervision during the works. The bid is evaluated on price, the structural designer’s experience and the number of site inspections during author’s supervision. The bidder must meet experience and staffing requirements and submit the declarations and lists required by the tender documents.
