Supply of medical devices

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of medical devices in three lots: an antibacterial filter for administering fluids or lipids, a haemostatic agent with applicator, and syringes with saline solution. The contract runs for 24 months. The award criterion is price only. Bidders must submit the declaration referred to in Article 125(1) of the Polish Public Procurement Act and provide product evidence: CE marking, Declaration of Conformity, any applicable Notified Body certificate, proof of legal placing on the Polish market or use, samples for lots 1 and 3, and descriptions and photographs of the offered products.
