Modernisation of the educational space at SP2 – stage 1

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the modernisation of the educational space at SP2, stage 1. The work mainly includes dismantling and removal of existing fittings, floor and wall preparation, repairs, new electrical and telecommunication installations in part, ventilation openings preparation, suspended ceiling installation, floor coverings, painting, new LED lighting, door replacement, radiator covers, blinds and electrical testing. The contract duration is 100 days. Award criteria are price and warranty period. The bidder must meet experience and staffing requirements and provide the required declarations and evidence.
