Summary

The contract concerns services for preparing complete design, cost-estimate and execution documentation for demolishing the existing health centre building and obtaining the necessary permits for construction of a multifunctional building at ul. Nędzy Kubińca 140 in Kościelisko, together with author’s supervision. The work is divided into a guaranteed part and optional services: updating cost estimates, technical advisory during procurement for construction works, and author’s supervision. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in Polish, provide the required declarations and supporting documents, pay a bid security of PLN 6,000, and the selected bidder must provide performance security of 5% of the gross price for the guaranteed part.
