The contract concerns preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for a residential building on plot no. 683 in Chełmno, including site development, architectural and technical designs, cost estimates, bills of quantities, specifications, author’s supervision and obtaining a final building permit. The building is planned as a 5-storey above-ground residential and service building with about 8,500 m2 of usable area, about 100 dwellings, 4 accessible flats, an elevator, underground parking, storage rooms and a U1 civil-shelter function. The bidder must deliver the documentation within 105 days, in Polish, and the offer is evaluated on price and completion time. Participation requires at least 3 comparable design-and-cost-estimate projects from the last 3 years and a team with the required design licences.
