Adaptation of the ZDP building to fire safety requirements

Summary

The tender concerns design-and-build works to adapt the ZDP building to fire safety requirements. The contractor must prepare the design documentation, obtain the necessary opinions, approvals and administrative decisions, prepare technical specifications, bills of quantities and cost estimates, carry out the construction works, and provide design supervision. The award criteria are price and the length of the warranty period for the works, materials and equipment. Participation requires relevant technical and professional capacity, including experience with at least 2 water intake / drilled well works and a geologist with Category V authorisation for the design part.
