The contract concerns training services for Katowice Oncology Centre staff. It is divided into 5 lots: stress management and burnout prevention; safe and effective communication with patients and the medical team; ergonomics of office and administrative work with health-promoting behaviour in the workplace for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; health education activities; and work-life balance solutions.
