Thermal modernisation of public utility buildings in the Krzanowice Commune – OSP building in Wojnowice with a village community hall, second procedure

Summary

The contract concerns thermal modernisation works for the public utility building of the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Wojnowice with a village community hall. The contractor will have to carry out construction works, including installation of external windows and doors, insulation works and related finishing, documentation and commissioning tasks, and must organise the works so that the building can continue to function. The bidder must provide civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, at least two comparable building works from the last 5 years, a site manager with unrestricted structural/building qualifications and the required bid security of PLN 6,000. The contract term is up to 3 months from signing.
