Energy renovation of the OSP Zwoleń and OSP Sycyna buildings

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the energy renovation of two volunteer fire brigade buildings in Zwoleń and Sycyna. Part I covers replacement of windows, doors and garage doors and installation of new thermostatic valves in the OSP Zwoleń building. Part II covers insulation, floor and ceiling works, replacement of joinery, electrical works, a 6.3 kWp photovoltaic installation, mechanical ventilation and a heat pump heating system in the OSP Sycyna building. Bids may be submitted for one or both parts. The award criteria are price and quality guarantee. The bidder must meet experience requirements, submit the required declarations and certificates, provide a performance bond, and use electronic communication and submission.
