Improvement of the energy efficiency of the building of the Jan Paweł II Primary School in Wilczyn – design and build (procedure no. 2)

Summary

This is a works contract for the design and build delivery of energy-efficiency improvements to the Jan Paweł II Primary School building in Wilczyn. The contractor must prepare the design documentation and carry out the construction works based on the functional and user programme. The scope includes, among other things, modernisation of heating and domestic hot water systems, replacement of the heat source, lighting and electrical installation works, photovoltaic installation, vertical garden installation, external wall insulation and replacement of external windows. The tender is run electronically in Polish. The bid evaluation uses price, additional professional experience of the site manager, and an additional warranty offered by the contractor. The bidder must meet financial, insurance, experience and personnel requirements and submit the required declarations and later evidence.
