The tender concerns preparation of the executive design and performance of construction works in the TZOM Nowolipki utility building at Nowolipki 16 in Warsaw. The scope covers replacement of the electrical installation, selected sanitary installation works and associated construction works. The contractor must provide civil liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000 for the whole contract period, employ persons performing the works under an employment relationship for general construction and electrical tasks, submit a bid security of PLN 3,000, and meet the experience and staffing requirements set out in the tender documents. The only award criteria are price (80%) and warranty for the completed works, materials and equipment (20%).
