Modernisation of the building of the Podlaskie Youth Sports and Recreation Centre at Bulwar 1 in Sokołów Podlaski, Stage 3 – ventilation system modernisation

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the modernisation of the ventilation system in the Podlaskie Youth Sports and Recreation Centre in Sokołów Podlaski. The works include dismantling the old mechanical ventilation, installing new ventilation ducts and air handling units with heat recovery, electrical connections and control systems, technological heat installation, technical passages and related wall and ceiling repairs. The building will remain partly in use during the works, so the contractor must organise the site to minimise disruption and coordinate the works with other ongoing installations. The contract is for 8 months from signing. The award criteria are price 60% and warranty period 40%. The bidder must prove experience: at least one ventilation construction or modernisation project in the last 5 years, worth at least PLN 1.5 million gross, in a sports facility, public building or industrial facility, and must submit the required declarations and later the supporting documents.
