Security services, supply and installation of alarm and monitoring systems with 24/7 signal monitoring

Summary

The contract concerns personal and property protection services, protection of areas, facilities and equipment, and the supply and installation of alarm and monitoring systems with 24/7 monitoring of signals and threats, including an intervention patrol response. The service period is 36 months. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, in Polish, as an electronic catalogue. The award criteria are price (80%) and intervention response time (20%). The bidder must also provide a security licence, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, a bid bond of PLN 5,000, and the exclusion and qualification documents required by the tender documents.
