Connection to Batteriøya

Summary

Drammen Municipality is procuring a new wooden bridge to replace the worn-out bridge to Batteriøya in Svelvik. The bridge will cross a channel approximately 52 metres wide and serve pedestrians and vehicles, including service and emergency vehicles with an axle load of up to 5 tonnes. The foundation is designed for a service life of at least 50 years and the wooden deck for at least 20 years.
