Framework Agreement for Access Control, Locks and Hardware

Summary

Horten Municipality and Horten Port Authority are procuring a framework agreement for locks and hardware, mechanical and electronic locking systems, cylinders, keys and access-control systems, together with installation, maintenance, repairs, emergency call-outs and related advice. The agreement will serve municipal buildings and rental homes, including around 60 buildings with access control on approximately 500 doors, as well as other properties in a portfolio of about 70 buildings and 450 rental homes.
