Summary

Askøy Municipality is procuring 60–100 nursing home places in Askøy for people with dementia and long-term somatic care needs. One provider will enter into both a lease agreement and a service agreement, and will provide the premises and take overall responsibility for their design, planning, construction, rental, management, operation and maintenance.
