Summary
Trondheim Municipality is procuring a framework agreement for the physical supply of electricity to municipal entities and the financial management of electricity-related contracts. The scope also includes managing and optimising concession-power sales, implementing price-hedging strategies, providing market price forecasts, billing and metering-point administration, advice on environmental and energy-efficiency measures, and reporting. The estimated contract value is NOK 400 million.
