Framework agreements for government payment and account services

Summary

The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) is procuring framework agreements with two banks for payment and account services for government entities covered by the central government account scheme and the tax payment scheme. Services include account management in Norwegian kroner, incoming and outgoing payments, online banking and currency exchange related to payment services; certain services will be governed by separate supplementary agreements. The framework agreements will run for three years, with options to extend by up to two further years (one year at a time). The estimated value is NOK 150 million.
