Summary

Harstad Municipality is procuring a framework agreement for advertising services on behalf of participating municipalities. The scope covers ordering, producing and publishing job advertisements, notices and other advertising in relevant digital and print channels, including newspapers, trade and industry media, job portals, social media and public registers. The service includes a self-service solution, advice when needed, and reporting and documentation relating to advertisements.
