Procurement of occupational health services
Summary
The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is procuring comprehensive occupational health services covering routine occupational health and working-environment needs, as well as support for employees and accompanying family members before, during and after crises. The services must also include advice related to work travel and postings, vaccinations, health examinations and tropical medicine. Vaccinations, health examinations and in-person support conversations must be available in Oslo. The contracting authority wants one supplier to cover the full range of needs; the supplier’s personnel must be fluent in both spoken and written Norwegian and English. The service must respond flexibly to crises and unpredictable demand, and remain open during the summer months, when demand may be high ahead of August departures. The contract will be a non-exclusive framework agreement for two years, with three possible one-year extensions. The estimated value is NOK 25,000,000, and the submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 11:00.
