Framework agreement for periodic safety inspection of lifts

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with a single supplier for the periodic safety inspection of all registered lifting devices in Bergen municipality's property portfolio. The municipality currently has 174 lifts and 132 lifting platforms. The contract can only be performed by an approved and independent safety inspection body (SKO). The assets are distributed across three portfolios: schools and kindergartens, administrative and cultural buildings, and health facilities. Additional services beyond periodic inspections may be ordered, including spot checks, post-accident checks, near-miss checks, modernization checks, remodeling checks, ownership-transfer checks, technical assistance, and expert assessments and collaborative solution development. The number of installations may change during the contract period due to new constructions, replacements, modernization, disposals, temporary closures, or changes in building stock.
