Forsvarsmateriell is establishing a framework agreement for leasing and administration of civilian vehicles to meet most of its needs. The vehicles will support daily operations, meetings, travel, exercises and training, including both planned and emerging requirements. The estimated contract value is NOK 1.1 billion.
