SIEM and SOC services

Summary

Senzer is procuring one integrated SIEM and SOC service, without division into lots, to protect its IT environment. The service covers 24/7 monitoring, collection and analysis of security events and log data, threat detection, alert triage, incident response and escalation, including support during major incidents. It also includes threat intelligence, security advice, reporting and knowledge transfer, and must connect to Senzer’s existing security infrastructure. The estimated scale is at least 600 users and 600 endpoints, with an estimated value of €680,000. The initial term is four years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum term of six years.
