Gatekeeper for severe dyslexia care

Summary

The Municipality of Utrecht is procuring one framework agreement with a single provider to act as the gatekeeper for specialist care for children suspected of having severe dyslexia. The provider will assess student case files against national dyslexia guidelines, advise on access and preventive support, and work with the municipality, schools and care providers; it will not deliver diagnosis or treatment. The expected volume is 300–375 case files per year, with an estimated value of €220,000 over a maximum four-year term and a framework ceiling of €400,000.
