Ability to Act and Workable Policy

Summary

The Dutch Ministry of Finance is procuring a framework agreement for research supporting the Tax Administration’s work on citizens’ ability to act and the practicability of policy. The two lots cover behavioural research and policy research, including policy evaluations, monitoring and meta-analyses; up to three providers will be appointed per lot. The estimated value for the full term is €2.05 million excluding VAT, with a maximum value of €2.255 million excluding VAT, over a framework term of two years and a maximum of four years.
