Hot drinks provision at Midden-Hollandhuis

Omgevingsdienst Midden-Holland is procuring a five-year, single-lot supply and maintenance arrangement for a hot-drinks service at its Midden-Hollandhuis and Zwanebloem locations in Gouda. The scope includes one urn coffee machine, six regular coffee machines at the Midden-Hollandhuis and a smaller machine suitable for 50 cups a day at Zwanebloem, together with coffee, tea and other ingredients, maintenance and fault repair. The main site serves approximately 180–300 people daily and the estimated annual consumption is about 110,000 drinks; the estimated contract value is €150,000 and the maximum framework value is €250,000, excluding VAT.
