Temporary staffing for public-space work

Summary

The Municipality of The Hague is procuring temporary operational staff for public-space work through a two-lot framework agreement, with a total estimated value of €12 million. Lot 1 covers green-space maintenance, primarily for the municipal green-space management department and cemeteries; Lot 2 covers cleaning and supporting work, primarily for The Hague Street Organisation. Staff will be called in as needed and work independently, in pairs or alongside municipal teams under municipal supervision. The framework is planned for 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2029, with up to two extensions; up to three contractors may be appointed per lot.
