Summary

SALTO Eindhoven is procuring a single-lot ICT services contract, estimated at €700,000 over seven years, to provide and manage a stable ICT environment for staff and pupils. The scope includes Microsoft 365 and user support, incident management, identity and access management, network and hardware management, information security, application management, a digital learning and working environment, and migration to the new service. The contract covers an initial three-year service period, with an option to continue for an indefinite period; migration is scheduled from 15 January to 30 June 2027, with services due to start on 1 July 2027 after migration is complete.
