Location management, social support, facilities management and security at accommodation sites for displaced people from Ukraine

Summary

The Municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn is procuring one integrated framework agreement for location management, social support, technical facilities management and security at accommodation sites for displaced people from Ukraine. The services currently cover 11 sites and approximately 415 residents; capacity is expected to reach about 529 places from 1 July 2027, including an expansion of the Horizonten site to around 150 residents. The estimated value is €1.85 million excluding VAT per year and €7.4 million over four years, with a maximum contract value of €11 million excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
