Framework agreement for the supply of trees and planting stock, 2027–2030

Summary

The Municipality of Veenendaal is procuring a framework agreement for on-call supply of trees and planting stock for use within the municipality. Lot 1 covers street, avenue and park trees; lot 2 covers ornamental shrubs, roses, conifers, woodland and hedge plants, and perennials. The agreement has a fixed two-year term from no later than 15 January 2027, with two optional one-year extensions, and a combined maximum value of €1,600,000 including the options; this is not a guaranteed purchase volume. Up to three suppliers are intended to be appointed per lot.
