Deep cleaning of floor finishes

Summary

The Municipality of Groningen is procuring specialist deep cleaning of floor finishes at municipal buildings, potentially around 60 sites, of which 42 are currently included in the schedule. The work covers carpet and textile flooring, linoleum and marmoleum, PVC, rubber and other eligible floor finishes; natural stone, wood and coated floors are excluded. The estimated contract value is €775,000 excluding VAT, with an initial term of 24 months and options for two further 24-month extensions.
