Workplace ICT hardware and associated services

Summary

The Municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn, on behalf of the Municipality of Kaag en Braassem and Oog voor Thuis, is procuring workplace ICT hardware and related services for approximately 1,700 workstations. The integrated, single-lot contract covers computers, thin clients, mobile phones, tablets, displays, docking equipment and accessories, together with device preparation, logistics, registration, warranty and repair services, and the take-back and sustainable processing of retired equipment. The estimated contract value is €6.25 million excluding VAT over a maximum term of six years; Device as a Service is optional.
