Framework agreement for multi-year maintenance of element paving in Zwijndrecht 2027–2031

Summary

The Municipality of Zwijndrecht is procuring multi-year maintenance and small-scale reconstruction of element paving under a framework agreement with one contractor. The work includes removing, relaying and installing paving stones, slabs and kerbs; earthworks and foundation repairs; work on gullies, verges and green areas; temporary traffic measures; and street furniture and other public-space facilities. The contract consists of one lot, has an initial term of one year with three possible one-year extensions, and an estimated maximum value of €4,000,000 including extensions.
