Window cleaning

Summary

VISTA college is procuring one contract for window cleaning at its sites in Heerlen, Sittard and Maastricht. The work covers interior and exterior facade glazing, partition glass and associated frames, as well as specified roof glazing, balustrade glass, cladding and access-equipment services. Cleaning is generally scheduled twice a year. The contract is planned for four years from 1 March 2027, with two optional two-year extensions, and has an estimated total value of €805,000 excluding VAT over a maximum of eight years.
