Telephone interpreting services

Summary

The Municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân is procuring interpreting services for the entire municipality under a single framework agreement. The services cover ad hoc and scheduled telephone interpreting, digital remote interpreting and on-site interpreting; the contract is not divided into lots and will be awarded to one provider. Estimated expenditure is approximately EUR 75,000 per year and EUR 300,000 over the estimated contract period, with a maximum contract value of EUR 450,000. The framework agreement will run for 2 years, with the buyer holding options to extend it up to twice for 1 year each.
