Fuel cards and charging keys

Summary

The Municipality of Hardenberg is procuring brand-independent fuel cards and electric-vehicle charging keys from one supplier, together with an integrated system and online portal for managing them. Based on current use, the framework agreement covers 130 fuel cards and 11 charging keys; annual consumption is approximately 312,000 litres of diesel and 10,014 kWh of electricity. The initial term is two years, with two optional one-year extensions; the estimated total value is EUR 1,400,000 and the maximum value is EUR 1,680,000, both excluding VAT.
