Digital accessibility: assessments and support for improvement and assurance

Summary

The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management is procuring digital accessibility assessments and support to improve and sustain accessibility. Assessments may cover websites, applications, documents and other digital services, and include full or partial assessments, quick scans, follow-up assessments and validation. The single-lot framework agreement will be awarded to one provider for four years, with two possible one-year extensions; its estimated value is EUR 1.5–2.25 million excluding VAT.
